Scowl wrinkle?

So I squint anytime I'm outside and it's remotely bright. I noticed today that I have a permanent-like line in the middle of my eyebrows. Does anyone else have this?

Wear sunglasses. If you wear prescription glasses, next time you have new lenses, ask for transitional or React-0-Light to be added. It costs extra, but the lenses will automatically adapt to sunlight when you go outside (but not indoor light); even on a dull day, you'll be surprised how dark they get when you go out. It's either that, or fiddling with clip-ons, which is a pain.

I have a pair of prescription transitions lenses. It took me thirty years of wearing glasses to find the right pair where the pieces sit comfortably on my face and I was not driven to obsession with adjusting every piece (often till they broke) just so they would not feel out of place on my face.

I'm sure you have already thought of wearing sunglasses outside. My grandson is sensitive to light also, and wears them even sometimes when it is cloudy. As for the wrinkle, I don't know what age you are, but if you are younger you might try using some skin cream with Retinol, or maybe even get a Botox injection if it is very deep. Good luck.

Sometimes I need to wear a hat or visor as well as sunglasses! I frequently wear a baseball style cap when I go into brightly lit Stores. I have had muscle imbalance in my eyes for most of my life, (I've had three surgeries to correct it) In super bright rooms, especially with shiny floors, my eyes bounce around like a pinball machine! Wearing the baseball cap helps me to focus by blocking the overhead lights! I also take ibuprofen before going shopping, it can help cut off the Migraine before it happens!
