Just to finish off the last - a silver mine. (I would have accepted mithril mine from LotR fans - that ties in well with moonlight - but let’s get real. Or rial, if you prefer.)
So:
A mine has veins of ore, it does not creep upon the earth but under it, veins of silver are hinted at with the “moonlight through leaves”, and what isn’t yours, is mine.

@AuAL we still might need another clue as seen by the lack of guesses so far, for members to give guesses that are more apt to be close to the correct answer than far apart. For instance my next guess would have been a penguin. The Pittsburgh Penguins are a hockey team. But, I know that is unlikely the answer.
@FayetheAspie The reason why I think penguins may not be the answer though is because they (the animal penguins ) can be seen as dirty and smelly, yet they look clean in that image you posted and in the media whenever I see them
