Post something Weird or Random

This happened here, ice circles. A somewhat rare phenomena to see, happens now and then. ☃️

I had a Canadian friend who got a ham license and rig to stay in touch with developments in the places he had lived in Africa. He did connect with residents of the area, but all they wanted to talk about was their radios.

all they wanted to talk about was their radios.
I have talked to several people on the air that could only talk about radios, antennas, signal propagation, etc.
Almost like they had a sharply defined Special Interest.

Work in progress (ink and pencil) Not sure where it is going which means that it may never be finished or look radically different when it is. [Once again: apologies for the quality, I just can't make it look the same on a computer screen as it does on the art paper it was drawn on]

That's really fascinating, I see suggestions of so many different things in there.
I draw in such a way that it lends itself to what you describe. I spend more time in my own head looking at what already exists and extrapolating possibilities than actually putting pen to paper. The pencilwork is part of that process at times and can become something different on a whim. It is quite possible that my drawings reveal more about me than anyone could uncover through normal social interaction.
