I properly engaged with Twitter recently for the purely cynical reason that I want to promote my YouTube channel, but what do you know, I actually found some really nice Autistic people there and made a few (online) friends :)
You get plenty of nasty & negative memes about autism on mainstream social media, but you also see some really positive and funny ones.
