I’m going to start strength training and doing cardio to keep my mobility as I get into my late 30s and beyond. I also want to lose 20 pounds. Has anyone ever seen a personal trainer? What was your experience like? I also plan on exercising at home, once my treadmill is ordered.
I am really into clothes and like to look good in my outfits. Right now, a lot of my clothes don’t fit properly. I’ve tried to lose 20 pounds, but can’t do it just by a calorie deficit. I tried counting and eating 800 to 1,200 calories a day. Still didn’t work.
