Paranormal Phenomena

Keeping in mind that earthbound science may well apply to this plane of existence, but not others for which science is unaware of. When things like time, space, even life and death may be transcended by those who have the ability to pass from one dimension to another.

As vast as space may seem from the perspective of this one dimension, it may be infinitely larger based on those dimensions science cannot yet account for.
I suspect that their is four spatial dimensions splitting a universe in two both sides existing con currently. think mobius strip, fourth dimension is the space between the two halves. or using a strip of paper the thickness of the paper outside is concurrently inside, just like Klein bottle.

In the case of monsters / cryptids, I give the blanket example of the stuff you'd watch in those Missing: 411 documentaries. All of the locations mapped out for the US and even other countries began to look familiar to other maps that I knew of. Karst Maps. Karst mapping shows you where cave systems, cenotes and such are - openings and the systems in full underground. Missing persons / creature sighting and cave locations match up as dead on as one could hope for. I feel like such creatures live underground where there's plenty of room and certainly can stay hidden away from all our noise and mess of civilization going on.
I'll address these in sequence, can cryptids live/hide in caves or in deep Lochs or in oceans. If this was the case then at least one should turn up dead at some point. Although it wasn't till the 21st century that evidence for giant squid existing turned up on film and being washed ashore. But monsters/cryptids may not be what we think they are and there may be dimensional portals which are like "dog doors" through which creatures learn to come and go into our dimension.

On the matter of missing people. Much harder to link this with the paranormal. People hiking into the wilderness or deep into caves (even experienced trekkers/cavers) are always at risk.

In the case of UFO / UAP, I'm very in line with the thinking that they live in the oceans. NASA was originally very interested in the oceans and exploring them, and then they very suddenly stopped almost entirely. They also don't let just anyone explore down there or near Antarctica much (or at all). Only the extremely wealthy get to really skirt their rule of thumb. More and more evidence is coming out to back this up, lately.
Actually there's a book by UFO historian Richard Dolan on this subject.

the now famous tic tac UAPs have been tracked by naval radar coming and going from near space flying down into the ocean and other craft have been tracked underwater. Indeed the famous Jersey "drones" were also tracked from the ocean.

I'm of two minds as to why any beings on the other sides are ever able to give us evidence they exist: a) they have the technology but are expressly not supposed to contact us, so when it does happen, it's some of them breaking the rules. b) they don't have the technology at all, and it's just moments / places where "the veil" is thinnest / a window, door or bridge of opportunity is "open" for however briefly and then there's just very few of them with paranormal abilities who can come through. Some of them are decent. Some of them are angry / violent / pranksters / stupid.
.
Final thing is "apparitions" existing outside our plane/dimension able to phase in and out into our plane. A big question is "intent". People have been speculating for decades what is the intent of entities that interact with humans. Perhaps some don't know how to interact or don't want to interact. In the case of aliens and/or teacher spirits (gods?) experiencers claim these entities look after humanity and taught us simple things like find edible plants or make fire in ancient times or in the case of Nicola tesla instruct how to create electrical grids.

Carl Sagan gave a clever analogy of our perception being like a disk on a table that has 360 degree view but only able to gauge "reality" from the side of the disk and only to the perimeter of the table, unable to gauge reality beyond the table, above the table, below the table and not perceiving we live on a table.

Despite acknowledging our perceptual limitations, Sagan mocked the idea of non-human entities, relying on the fermi paradox and vastness of space (the limits of the surface of the table) to block any real investigation into phenomena and giving credence to spending millions of dollars to the Seti project which has been scanning space listening for radio waves. Since 1971 its (not surprisingly) found nothing.

The principle of Occam's razor is generally attributed to William of Ockham (also spelled Occam) (c. 1285 - 1348), an English theologian, logician, and Franciscan friar. In William of Occam's terms, he wrote in Latin: "Numquam ponenda est pluralitas sine necessitate," or "Plurality must never be posited without necessity."

While Occam's razor is a useful tool, it has been known to obstruct scientific progress at times. It was used to accept simplistic (and initially incorrect) explanations for meteorites, ball lightning, continental drift, atomic theory, and DNA as the carrier of genetic information. Once more research was done and more evidence brought to light, however, new theories emerged based on the new information.

Occam's razor doesn't necessarily go with the simplest theory, whether it's right or wrong; it is not an example of simplicity for simplicity's sake. It merely tries to cut through the clutter to find the best theory based on the best scientific principles and knowledge at the time.
