OK, this is a reason why I should die right here.

I am over 300lbs. I can afford to starve myself for a long while.
Not your brain.

Your brain requires nourishment.

Otherwise it will go into a dive.
Glucose crash.

I am scum.

I am an addict. That automatically makes me scum.
You are not scum, you are someone who is struggling with something

I am an addict too, I used substances to escape the ugly realities of my life and you can too

Addiction doesn't make you a bad person or a person not worthy of love or compassion.

I just fed myself even though somebody as obese as I am does not deserve to eat any more food for the time being.

Okay so you messed up.

And yes, your employer is (rightfully) upset.

However... this is not worth dying for. It's a job.

Here's some perspective... I'm often in a managerial position at my work. While we value our employees as human beings, they are also replaceable as workers. Once they are gone, we will have a new body in their position within a few weeks.

It's cold to say it that way but most employers view their workers as disposable.

So all this to say... don't sweat too much over someone who places little value on you.

Do something for yourself this weekend, but don't do something permanent over something like that.

You need to eat regardless of what you weigh. Also, being obese doesn't even have to be your fault at all. I know of a relative of mine who was ridiculed about their weight. After many years, it turned out that they have a thyroid condition that keeps them from losing weight.

I am disposable both as a worker and as a friend, and also as a human being.

You need to find value in yourself. You can't rely on others to do it.

Go outside for a walk, get some fresh air if you can. Listen to music; watch your favorite movie or something.

Take care of yourself and your emotional state right now.

I never thought that about you. You made a mistake, stuff happens.it wasn't like you were going to get filthy rich off one hour, get real HR. Mistakes happens, , maybe HR is under the gun to save money, things are so tight these days. If you feel you need to go out, then do it. Otherwise , stay home, play some cool games, and realize it's just a job, l know you need this job, but don't do anything stupid, okay.?

On a different note, yeah it's sad when "friends" let you down. They say l am your friend, l will be there for you, then bam, you really need help, they are gone, throwing some excuse at you.

I just took some NyQuil. I will fall asleep soon. Unfortunately not for an eternity. I still have tomorrow to live through. I will get my last paycheck on Wednesday. Then I will party.

Accidentally writing something wrong one time doesn't make you stupid. They can probably fix the error too somehow. Also, even if someone is stupid, that doesn't mean they shouldn't live.😳
