im too impatient and some stuff is too much for me i just get angry and i am not open for new things sometimes is this something u relate to?
 
I find I have a issue with impatience. Along with a sense to want to panic when I feel like I am not sure what to do. So yeah.

However, I can adjust to new things. It just takes time.
 
I don't mind some change or spontaneity. But if I don't like the change then I'm going to have a panic attack. Like this week at work when the company management came down and said we all have to start working Sundays, I absolutely melted down.
When it was first said that I had to work Saturdays a few months ago, I didn't mind that change. I quickly came to feel comfortable with the new schedule arrangement and it works for me and my partner. Now all of a sudden we are told we have to work Sundays, and it really cheesed me off, because I like my schedule. It fits in with my other responsibilities and I wouldn't want it any other way. Apparently we can't say no, so I felt helpless. There is nothing I can do about it unless I leave and get another job, but I just can't face all the job searching with how my mental health is right now. I was happy here, with the hours I was doing.

that's just not right! Do you, at least, get weekend pay and do you have days off during the week?
