Need help choosing adhesive for leather

Hello.

I want to attach some strong bar magnets to the outside of a leather knife sheath. With two of the magnets mounted, one lower down than the other, there is enough drag on the blade to keep it from falling out. the pull feels very nice. What adhesive can I use? I usually use 3M mounting tape but even the strongest I have I think would be poor for this. I think I need a glue I can put on.

Can you help me?
 
3m 5200 Marine Sealant. That stuff is crazy strong when cured and remains flexible.
