I often have a pulled pork nachos at my bowling club, although the vege one is yummy too. I don’t really like corn chips but nachos makes them bearable!

"Nachos originated in 1943 in Piedras Negras, Mexico, created by Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya at the Victory Club restaurant. He improvised the dish for a group of military wives by topping fried tortilla chips with melted cheese and jalapeños, which they named "Nacho's Special" after him."

give me everything on nachos except guac, not a fan of guac. like i don't hate it and if some nachos still get guacamole cuz i didn't know it has some, i'll still eat them but if i know ahead of time (or can customize my nachos) i'll either tell them to hold the guac or just not include it when i choose my toppings
