my obession with my girlfriend

i have made various vent arts of my feelings towards her, some are somewhat positive, some are negative.

I don't claim to be wise at all, just hyper-intelligent, so I'll give you some advice, bud:

NEVER OBSESS OVER A POTENTIAL GIRLFRIEND. I hope that doesn't sound rude or mean, but it is 100% true. I made that mistake when I had my very very first gf and that relationship didn't even make it a week. If you're crazy about her, that's fine, but the "crazy" part should be something calm, a relaxed and inviting appreciation of your crush.

Just be honest and tell her how you really feel. The worst she can do is say no, or not be interested. But take my word for it; you'll know when and if she accepts you.

I agree with Rodafina's approach. It might be helpful to think about why you made this art and what thoughts/feelings it gives you. Perhaps you're expressing things you don't want to admit to yourself more directly, but need to acknowledge. And maybe your feeling of being unhealthy is more a reflection of the relationship than who you are.

Getting blindsided by someone close to you is usually very upsetting. Maybe your obsession is just your way of processing and working through it right now. Hoping for positive change for you.
