My brother is out of control

So my sibling who is severely autistic has extreme behaviors that cause me a lot of anxiety and depression. He ignores rules and he has extreme violent behavior such as grabbing people throwing objects and damaging property and he also screams very loudly all the time and interrupts conversations and makes it impossible to listen to anything while he is around. Its very difficult living this way and idk what to do, can someone give me some kind of advice?

Edit: my brother is 15 and he has therapy every other week day.

To bad to hear about your bother, is he taking any medication? If not he should, said medication should lessen his symptoms.

You defintely need time to yourself. This can be a major burnout for you. Try to schedule alone and away time even if its a car, a library, you need your space. Not sure if you are a care-giver, l understand he is your brother.

I was wondering how old your brother is. Throwing objects and damaging property is one thing at 2 years old, and an entirely different thing at 16.

Hi, this sounds very difficult for you. Yes, not sure how old Yr brother is, or what your options may be, depending on your situation. Is there any support in place for you and your family to help care for your brother?
