Meltdowns because of happiness

Because despite your family's lack of trust, you still managed to get help and see a doctor, get evaluated and get diagnosed with autism, watch the ADHD youtube channel and also come here and talk to people here--all that and you're only 13!

Sounds great to me! You could have believed your family and done none of that. You got spunk! :D
Thank you and I suppose though how do you know my age. I never told you.

Found it. Ita on profile, how do I get rid of that because I do not feel comfortable people knowing my age. I'm already bad enough since I'm seeing fireworks and there is a PTSD reminder.

If I cant figure out a way to get my age out of my profile I have to leave because I cannot handle my age on my profile

There is a way to get rid of it. I'll check how, because I've never done it, I just know you can.

And I'm wear giant, noise-cancelling earmuffs because of the fireworks! Do you have anything to block noise?

I figured it out but I'm already in a meltdown (I'm crying and struggling to breathe) may be partially anxiety attack idk but this is a meltdown I think

Scroll to the top of the page, click your own name/picture, click "personal details" then scroll down to the boxes about things like "show birth month and day" and "show year" and uncheck all the boxes.

Oh, whoops, you did it already.
Do you have anxiety medication for a situation like this?

Both of them happening simultaneously. It sounds nice!

I don't rock, but I love chewing on things, and calming down is so relieving, so I imagined chewing and calming down and it seemed wonderful!
