Re-editing the metadata of all my MP3 files. Almost done too.

Learned that various MP3 players can get kinda nasty when something isn't right with the metadata. That either they are clairvoyant or are connected to some mighty big databases.

Don't remind me that I need to do this with my M4A collection. Ugh.
Exactly. Total PITA...but I got tired of seeing my Roku player showing incorrect data with so many songs. And yet what works with one player is no guarantee that it will work in another.

I started using the levers on my lever harp (they are used for changing the key one is playing in, and also to make sharps & flats available).

I just made some Mexican cornbread. I need some to make stuffed mushrooms tomorrow for Thanksgiving. It's a special request from my sister so, of course, I'll make stuffed mushrooms for her. Husband and I will eat some of it tonight with dinner.

Cleaned apartment, so when SO comes back from another city overstimulated, he will have clean and good smelling apartment (and me!) waiting for him.

I ordered myself a turkey breast and some mashed potatoes so I can have a solo drama-free Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow evening.

Fought off a little covid snafu, felt sorry for myself being sick-blues, not sorry anymore. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

It hit -13C this evening, with another -5C in wind chill for -18C. Tested out another combo of the winter gear and it worked very well. I started out comfortably cold and finished a two hour walk cool with no perspiration. Used the heated gauntlets on low and they kept my hands warm enough. 12,000 steps from the walk for 18,500-ish total.

Made toads in holes for breakfast with some of my sister's freshly laid chicken eggs. The yolks are so rich, they are deep orange in color. Now I'll probably get eczema from eating eggs, but they are so good and a real treat for me so it's worth it.

I don't think I ever heard of that meal before.🤔

It's just a piece of bread with a round hole cut in the center. You heat up a skillet with some oil or butter, put the bread in it to start browning, crack an egg into the hole so it cooks like a fried egg at the same time as the bread is browning. Maybe someone more tech-savvy than I can post a picture of it.
