I rigged an extension cord running from the garage to the greenhouse so I can plug in a heat lamp to keep the greenhouse warm on these cold nights. It looks really cool at night when it's lit up from inside. I'm looking for some kind of heater that doesn't require electricity because I don't like having an extension cord running across the yard. Maybe Santa will bring me one. He knows I want one. ;)

I've done that. What heaters don't need electricity?

There are some small heaters that run on fuel rather than electricity. Maybe propane gas. Hubby is investigating for me. He wants something like that for his hunting/shooting tent thingy he sets up in a pasture during deer season. I think he just takes naps in there when he's supposed to be hunting.

Smudge pots, for example. I tried those one year, it cost about $90 for 2 nights for the fuel.

I bought a shirt for my father-in-law's funeral at the start of September and could not quite button it up as it was too small for me. It fit perfectly this morning and it is what I'm wearing to my Xmas party for work today. I'll take the win.

I also got the settings on my new bodycam dialed in enough I am happy with them. Using it for safety on evening walks and also for a video side hustle I'm working on.

Everyone's post is so interesting. Bought a book called Cultish (the language of fanaticism), reading it today. By Amanda Montell. I - just like her, walked into Scientology headquarters on Hollywood Blvd. But l walked in with a psychiatrist, because we wanted to checkout the cult aspects of it. She has a paragraph that dwells into exactly that, along with many other cults.
