With AFVs I can better understand why many modelers go with making them look as realistic as possible, to the point of being well....a mess. Same with some doing aircraft and worse still, ships.

Might be my OCD, which intrudes into everything at times. I do weather my AFV models, but with a sense of retaining aesthetics. Somehow I believe that scaling down realism doesn't always translate well.

I like 1/16 scale for that reason.

Haha, she has been working with my parents for a long time though, and she recently had a brain surgery that made her unable to go out. Despite that she is still managing her business.

Of course i still don' t fully trust her but i feel sympathetic to her situation.

Not all real estate agents are corrupt, but based on personal experience, most are.
I had a history in investment properties, BTW.

The same with car salesmen.
