You're one of life's worriers, just like meI feel sick when I think of some of the mistakes (many pretty minor or not even "mistakes" in hindsight) I've made, but I don't allow myself down that rabbit hole now. Distraction and forward planning is my escape out of there.
I think after a while you just have to accept you cocked up and move on. Remember, cos that's how you learn, but don't get bogged down.I also struggle with this, I'm not even sure what the answer is, I have a tendency to beat myself up way too much...
