Last thing you ate

i only eat once a day as i still suffer from eating disorder,its a control thing,im as fat as ever though from about 5 medications which really annoys me.
i eat around 11pm at night every day and last night i ate steak with new potatoes that had come out of a tin,they tasted different but they were soft and nice.
 
A veggie burger, with toasted gluten-free Millet-Chia bread, and topped with a hot-sauce/mayo combo.

Took 2 minutes and I was lazy.
 
Breakfast:

*fried pea thing*

1/3 C. cooked green split peas
2 T. nutri yeast
1 T. brown rice flour
1 T. cornmeal
2 t. ground flax
1 t. masa
1 t. buckwheat flour
1 t. parsley
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. oregano

2 oz more water to mix it up.
Kosher salt & black pepper on both sides.

I have been varying the amounts of buckwheat, masa, &
flax to figure out what will make the texture cohesive and
crispy on the outside, but not all the way through.
 
A wedge of this aged cheddar cheese. Best I've ever tasted!

With an apple and some rye crisp.
 
Eggs and toast for dinner. Finished it with some chocolate tart i found at the store. For a drink; 2 Towns' Nice & Naughty. 10.5%. It's technically an Apple Honey Wine.
