Last New Thing You Tried?

I didn't know they were going to be huge. Really not bad to swallow with (I don't know what to call it. Apple that has frozen & thawed repeatedly over the winter. Turns the texture to applesauce. Very juicy, sweet, and still raw.)---So that is 2 things I have tried this spring. These fish oil caps and eating the winter-frozen apples, thawed. When we had dairy goats they always liked the winter-frozen apples, thawed. No more goats. I thought...how bad could it be? If the apple is really nasty/weird, worse than wine & vinegar combined, I can just spit it out. But the saggy, baggy Yellow Galas are great tasting.

new rules for self: no more obsessing on horrendously negative thoughts in bed.

Sounds good.
Focusing on something positive will help extinguish that behavior.
Replacing the negative with a positive is useful.
It takes the place of/can drive out the negative.
No fair just changing the location for that type of thinking from "in bed" to "now I'll do it in the kitchen" or wherever, either.

Coconut yogurt. It didn't taste good, but it didn't taste bad either. I'm eating it as part of my diet, so I'll just have to get used to it.

I made a massage table this week. Last month I made a beautiful "out of Africa" type of mosquito barrier. (I had help from experts with both, though.)
I tried strawberry chocolate, but prefer orange. I took some shrooms on Sunday. They made me cry for 3 hours.

Flax Seed Wrap----
Ingredients
3 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 large egg
1 Tbsp water

Needs salt. Was easy though. Greased glass pie pan. 2 1/2 minutes in microwave. Last night.
Makes one.

That sounds good because I don't allow myself wheat tortillas anymore. What did you put inside the wrap?

Actually, all I did was put some kosher salt on it.
It was a test, to see how it would affect me.
It had a good texture.
I will be making more.
I bought 5 pounds of flax seed last month from the co-op.
I ground two cups in the blender.
Until making this, all I have done with flax seed is boil to make egg replacer goop.

Peach Salsa. It's extremely tasty when used as a condiment, but if you try to eat it straight out of the bowl with a spoon, you're gonna have a bad time.

Try something new? That would be a change. No, no, not at my age. I've been doing things the same way for a very long time.

About a month ago I went to try Black Hills Airsoft in Chesterfield, didn't really like it though, well it's not that I didn't like it, physically I found it too hard, and got shot in the noggin by a BB gun, didn't hurt but I felt it.

I did feel as though I'd achieved something having had a go at it though so that was good.
