She's a ruby-throated hummingird.
Only the males get the ruby throat.
And…you can only see the ruby color when the sun shines on it. Otherwise it just looks dark or even black. This is because the color is not from red feathers, but from the wavelength of light it scatters.

No, most definitely two directional, the double white lines down the middle indicate that it's unsafe (and illegal) to overtake other vehicles.

In the US, they're yellow. Single white ones are used to separate roads from their shoulders, or to separate turning lanes from the going-straight ones.

If there's no yellow line(s), then it means that the roadway is one-way in the U.S.

Here the only time you'll see different coloured lines is to delineate different zones for parking. Yellow lines mean no parking, and red lines indicate your vehicle will immediately get towed and impounded.
