Is it okay to do "nothing" (read below)

I’m sorry, but this thread reminded me of a film. Whether it’s relevant or not.

Before I went and looked up what video it was, I thought of Office Space. Peter Gibbons and his dream of doing nothing.
 
I would argue that when you truly make time to do nothing, you’re actually doing something: restoring your own energy efficiently! There are times when doing nothing is the definition of working smarter instead of harder. Still, I know sometimes “doing nothing” is easier said than done... Boredom and guilt can be strong forces!
