If I had the loot, and a 4K TV at Home to take advantage, I'd buy one but I don't have either.

Anyone else?
 
You will still get benefits of the graphical horsepower even if you don’t use it with a 4K TV.

You will see the following:
  • Better graphics regardless of TV resolution
  • Better frame rate
  • Better loading times
  • Better UI on the OS
  • More ports for devices
  • More options for display output
  • 4K Blu-ray drive (it’s better and faster than the original even if you don’t have 4K)
  • It literally improves upon the original model in every way.
