I'm Baaaaaaack!

Brony714

My own evil twin...
Hey, it's me, Gerald, aka Brony714. Yeah, I've been gone a while, I'd like to give all y'all a little update on what I've been up to these last few years...

First off, last any of y'all had heard from me, I was living in a homeless shelter. I'm proud to say that as of June 2023, I'm officially out of there. I got an apartment. But I'm not alone. That's the other good news I have. I'd like to apologize to all the ladies here, but as of June 4, 2022, I'm officially off the market. Yes, I got married, her name is Patrica. Anywho, that's the good news. I have some not-so-good news. Aside from having Asperger Syndrome, of which I was diagnosed in December 2011, I'm now a double below-the-knee amputee. Lost the left leg in June 2020, the right in February 2023. But I'm getting along just fine. Got my Hello Kitty leg(and my regular one, too) and my motorized wheelchair, and I'm good to go! Unfortunately, that means on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, the place I'm ging is dialisys, but I don't let that get me down. I can put on my headphones, jam to some slamming tunes, and take a nap in a nice comfy chair. I know it's been a while, but I'm hoping to see some of y'all in the chatroom soon.

PS: I forgot to mention the 2 books I've self-published since 2019...

Welcome back! :)

I've also just returned after many years, also off the market and marrying the love of my life in less than two weeks :)

I'm sorry to hear about losing your legs but I'm really happy you're still going!

Congratulations on your marriage! And on your published books!

Great, you are back. I am helping someone go thru diaylsis. It's good you are taking care of that. Congrats on your marriage status. And finally, getting an apartment too? And you are married? Good news. Some forum members have moved on, some have come back, it's always so interesting to seeing how they handled life.
