I would like to know if there are any good tutorials for Garry's Mod and SFM and MMD?

I can't say i know about any tutorials that meets the requirements.
But the only tutorials i know about is the Official Valve tutorials with Bay Raitt. But, they include a lot of talking and explaning. (The VCD page for SFM is a useful tool later)

I think it is easier to find tutorials for Garry's mod that meet the requirements than for SFM or MMD.
