I think many NTs also struggle with social situations.

Actually, it's an Austro-anthropic view taught to me by people who are still partly living their paleolithic lifestyle today.
Supporting @Outdated's evidence... my neighbour's grandfather was an outsider, until another people came to steal their land and kill their men and rape their woman. 80 years ago!
That was at Yarrabah, near Cairns, Queensland.
In New Britain such local wars and territory grabs are still common - they're called "tribal fight" in English. People get chopped up, and it doesn't make the news.

I also enjoyed the typical Aussie reaction to the bizarre beach ball rant by Shirley Manson in Melbourne fairly recently... all the beach balls were bouncing around the crowd at the next date in Sydney ...

I didn't hear about that one but it's very typically Aussie, a natural cultural response that no one even has to suggest, it just seems to happen organically. You can't stop us from being ourselves. :)

 
I remember some outrage at a few shops exploiting the shortage of toilet paper by sharply rising the price. I mean it's a bad look, but if it inhibits hoarding behaviours then maybe expensive bog roll would have been better than empty shelves and having to improvise ! 😂

Price gouging during emergencies and shortages is illegal and is criminally prosecuted where I live.
