I need to escape supported living...

They told me supported living would be like living on my own... It is not... I have a crazy women lording over everything I do... I want to just live on my own and be done with anyone helping me day to day... How do I convince my parents that I would be happier on my own?

Tell them so. Inform them of the abuse and tell them that you'd much rather live on your own.

I agree with Yiva, tell them how you feel, if that is problematic you could always try and find an independent advocate.
