Tbh when I was a kid we didn't even use the internet at your age.

I'd just wait to explain it to anyone until your older. I'm not sure how you would even go about explaining this to other kids your age.
 
Yeah, I was six when I was diagnosed. I'm not six anymore, lol. Been diagnosed twenty two years. Most of my life.
