I can't stop rocking back and forth (stimming)

You say you do it constantly but it doesn't bother you. Do you also do it when you feel happy or relaxed?
because in my mind, rocking equals being stressed/anxious. I'm just super easily stressed and I have a hard time finding out what exactly is making me stressed most of the time.

I rock side to side when standing (if I don't I feel like I'll fall over!) And front to back or side to side when listening to music. When I'm sitting, sometimes I rock or jiggle my leg.

It's my default state. Always has been. If you ever catch me NOT rocking I'm either unusually relaxed, or nearing shutdown. 80% of the time I'm rocking or moving.

I stim all the time. I stim when happy,sad,stressed,mad..all the time. It is something I still have a bit of shame over but I have found it helps me. If you feel it is happening too much but your body needs to move I understand that both from shame and for not being able to do things while stimming. So I embrace a variety of stims. I have a lot of flapping/tapping stims but I need my hands to type so I rock when I type, if I can't rock because I need to be walking or for some other reason I will jump or flap. I also use fidget toys at times.

Try swinging, jumping, standing up and rocking there or twisting your torso back and forth. I understand the shame that can come with needed something like this. I get very uncomfortable if I have not stimmed in awhile but that is just because I need it to regulate. I need a good amount of sensory input that's all. If it is really interrupting your life try to analyze why and figure out steps from there.
