I can't be around my grandfather for too long...

I, too, wonder if he's an undiagnosed Aspie or at least somewhere bordering the spectrum. These tendencies run in families. My dad is definitely either on the spectrum or bordering it somewhere - and though I think he has other personality issues that partially cause him to be unbearable, I think part of it is definitely unacknowledged, unaddressed, Aspie like issues.
