What will you bring to the potluck table?

I’m making cheeseburgers and sausages for everybody.

OK, this thread is low effort bait to attract some positive attention because I am feeling a bit bored right now.

l hope you are feeling better, you have gone thru some serious health issues, but you bounce back stronger, that requires serious ass kicking guts. I hope the moderators don't sanitize my post. :)

I would bring some Red Lentil Balls (boiled red lentils, celery, parsley, onions, and some other bits). When I was dating my wife, she made these for me. That night, I asked her to marry me. Draw your own conclusions.

Bored is better than depressed. It is much easier to do something about it.

I love this idea! I'll bring barbecued country style ribs, sticky, slightly sweet and peppery, falling off the bone and a big 7-layer salad.

Just because I sort of have to really. :)

I'd eat it. I like bison, too. :D
Kangaroo's actually really nice, like very slightly gamey beef. Nowhere near as gamey as venison. You have to be careful how you cook it though because of it's low fat content, cook it too quick and it's tougher than old boot leather.

I also really like Buffalo, here that means the Asiatic Water Buffalo. It's like extra beefy beef.

I didn't know people ate kangaroos. There is a place near me that sells alligator bites.
You can buy kangaroo meat in supermarkets all across Australia. It's very lean and very healthy but not very popular mostly just because most people aren't very adventurous.

Back in the late 90s and early 2000s it was very popular in Europe because of the mad cow disease, it tastes very similar to beef yet different enough that they knew it wasn't beef and therefore was safe to eat.
