How to say no to people / fellow people-pleasers

Being under the purse strings of your family does make things difficult and you can't just leave. Those relationships and that safety net is too important for you. I suggest to keep applying for jobs to get out asap and also look for something to volunteer at to get some experience in the mean time. It could be a weekly soup kitchen or at least a convention(s) etc. People looking to consider hiring always like you to be trying to do something and if you have no job at all, volunteering looks good or studying more in school also looks good.

Let's also regard that many NT people are not totally independent and may work but not earn enough and be living off family purse strings. Some rich brats never make it in life.
Not to start attitude problem but to remember don't be so hard on your disability.

This NT excuse was most brilliant..

Due to expenses and times being bad, families live together to pay bills. Ha
Then there are many youngsters who not so young, reaching past 30s and have never left home. Ha
And the one had never ever tried to stand on own two, didn't even know what means to pay own bills and still try buy furniture..
Ye, well never had to sleep on matress on floor then you never gaining life experience. Never gonna learn to hold down a job, because when no food in cupboard you don't learn sales and realise um, it's like hawking, as I'm no good at this. Yip, go home to mommy and she has free food in cupboard.

Life is simply like this, nothing comes easy or for free.
