Hello. I know it's not a requirement to have ASD, and stimming isn't listed under my criteria just because I didn't mention it to the psychologist who diagnosed me. But I will rock in a chair if I am bored mentally. I also like spinning at times. Like, my whole body spinning. I mainly stim when I'm bored, but I get urges at times to stim.
