my names val. ive never been diagnosed but have been told as of fairly recent (end of 2020) by my partner that i exhibit traits and symptoms. once i actually started doing more research on my own, things have definitely started making more sense.

ive been in the process of trying to talk to a professional so i can better understand what exactly goes on in my head and how to navigate the world a lil better but i unfortunately dont have insurance and it wont be until march that i get insurance from my job to start looking into that.

ive come to this forum a lot since my partner showed it to me and it’s definitely helped explain so much and its so nice to see im not the only one with my experience. but anyways a lil about myself im very shy and reserved at first but thats also bc i just generally dont talk a lot but once i get to know you i definitely open up more.

My favorite artists to listen to are bring me the horizon and bts (rip). i LOVE to watch tv though i just repeat my same comfort shows until someone shows me something that intrigues me. i love pasta, hot chips, and soda is probably my worst addiction. my favorite thing to do is dress up, go shopping, and just coming up with different looks. my ig is @val.entinnaa if you wanna follow :)

Welcome! I think many of us can relate to often having a default quiet / reserved mode, but flip the right switch and we can talk all day long.
