Hello, I am in my mid-30s and have known about autism for a long time. I go through phases of coping and not coping.

At the moment I'm not coping.

I feel like I'm suffering from a lot of overwhelming feelings and over stimulation at the moment and I'm delving into autism research again to see if I can find some ways of coping.

Welcome to the Forums! I hope you make new friends and enjoy your stay in the process! :)
