Hi everyone, last year I was admitted to a Behavioral Health Clinic due to a lot of stress... During my stay I was diagnosed with Aspergers. It was quite a shock and I’m currently going through therapy to help better understand who I am.. My therapist suggested this site.. so hello!

DiagnosedatTwenty, becoming an active participant on autismforums.com helped me find out who I am.

Anger clouded my judgement and stress kept my mind wound up so tight I couldn’t think straight to make good decisions. I am doing much better now and the good people of this forum helped me understand.

My therapist recommends this site to people also.
It has really helped me and I feel I have a little community to belong to here.:D
