Hi,

I was diagnosed in England at the age of 50, earlier this year. Different rules to Scotland I know. But...

This NHS website indicates that NHS Scotland should never refuse treatment based on age:

Independent advice and support in understanding your rights and making a complaint:

Information about how to make a complaint:
