Welcome ! I have been to Australia. It is a fabulous country. I hope to return one day.

Advice you have not asked for: talk to your doctor now about hormone replacement. You may not want it but get informed before your hormones crash. My experience with hormone crash was so severe I am urging women to explore hrt as early as possible. My doctor never even brought it up.
