I am 31. I am female and have Asperger's syndrome. I was diagnosed approximately 10 years ago. I have been working with a dog trainer to teach my lab to be a service dog for me. Also have depression, severe anxiety as well as a mild case of agoraphobia. Diesel, my service dog in training will help me with many things.

My main obsessions are dogs and scratchboard art. I also like to read various books about autism.

Welcome :)

I also have an obsession in learning more about AS. Scratchboard art is an interesting obsession; I have attempted this once in the past, though admit I would need much more practise to be able to do it well. Should you feel comfortable sharing some of your art, feel free to post them in the media section.

Diesel my service dog in training, He helps keep people away from me in crowds, I have sensory issues so he does deep pressure therapy, and he brings me medication when I am having a panic attack as well as removes me from situations that maybe difficult for me
