My name is Richa. I am 31 years old and I have recently been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum level 1. This is all still new to me. Being diagnosed brought an overwhelming sense of relief. My whole life finally made sense however I’m still trying to figure out what to do with this information? Ive been overthinking and over analyzing everything. There is so much I still don’t know about myself. There is so much I still have to figure out.

Yes I think over thinking and over analysing goes with the territory! I find it helps to distract myself when I start doing that, as it tends to be a dead end. Welcome, I hope you find support and useful ideas here, it's a friendly place, with some good resources.

Welcome to autismforums.com, Richa.

I wish the best for you as you work through this process of self-discovery. This forum can play a role in that process.

Blessings and peace.

Welcome @Aspiewoman

Do hang out here for a while and get to know us all. We are a funny bunch in here (as you might have guessed already) and this is a friendly place.

Hello and welcome!

There is certainly plenty to learn about being an Aspie. These forums are one place where you can find useful information. You can also meet people and make friends here. Happy trails as you explore!

If you like to read then Been There, Done That. Try This! is a good choice. There are other books but they are not all geared towards adults. I suggest that you look carefully before buying any books.
