Hi there,
I've been searching for the right kind of online community for a while, and I'm really glad to have found this one.
I was diagnosed Level 1 autistic last year, and it brought such a deep sense of relief and recognition. Finally having a "why" behind the way I experience and navigate the world has been incredibly validating. It's helped me make peace with parts of myself that never quite made sense before, and helped me begin embracing them, instead of trying to change them(like i had been).
A bit about me: I'm in my 30s and live a quiet life surrounded by nature. I'm an INFJ. I tend to move through life with observation, sensitivity, and a deep need for meaningful connection. I value calm, intentional living, and I spend much of my time creating (I'm a photographer and videographer), and caring for my home & garden. I am also passionate about music, writing, psychology, holistic healing, crafting, gardening, and nature.
I'm really looking forward to connecting with others who understand the unique ways our minds and nervous systems are wired.
Thanks for having me.
