Having Bipolar Disorder is Annoying

Having Bipolar Disorder is annoying, because I feel happy for a few months and then become depressed, and wonder if I am contradicting myself, then ask myself if I am really fine forever.
I can certainly relate to that. Unfortunately I'm not getting much in the way of high moods, not like I used to. It could be my meds are causing that. But I think that due to the cumulative effects of poor sleep due to pain and other factors, I just don't think the energy builds up enough. I get the odd week or so of relatively high mood if I'm lucky.

It wasn't that long ago where I thought I could be fine forever too.
