All-The-Time. If I am busy doing something and my mind is focused, there won't be a thought in my head towards eating, nor hunger pangs. Several hours later, I might look at the time. I sort of just take advantage of the situation now and just eat one, maybe two meals a day. It's when I get bored that I might seek out food, not because I am particularly hungry, but rather something to satiate my brain rather than my stomach.I ask this because yesterday I only ate breakfast and I forgot to eat anything else; so, when I went to work, I felt like crap and thought I was dying until I had a granola bar.
