Here is an experiment in social greetings.

This is a forum with a large membership.
Every day birthday notices appear, for
people who are currently active on here and
for people who haven't been seen in months
or even years.

How about offering birthday greetings here
to any person whose name appears on the
list? I have been posting birth day wishes/
cards/images on people's Intro Posts if they
are currently active, or on their Profile if they
haven't made any posts yet.

What I was thinking this thread could do was
provide a place for people to offer birthday
greetings to anybody, easily.

This doesn't mean people would have to stop
posting individual greetings in threads or on
profiles.
:)

If you observe the anniversary of your birth,
here is a wish for a pleasant day. If you don't
follow that custom, then here is another wish
that works:
This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it. :)

How incredibly sweet of you tree. Actually, I do not celebrate this date. I used to, but not now, due to what I learned about birthdays and from absolutely loving to celebrate it, I was more than happy to throw it away and am just happy when that day is past. I really do not want to celebrate getting older lol ie 46 now.

But thank you so very much for the sentiment
