This is my fourth year as a Special Education- Inclusion Teaching Assistant. Most of the students I work with are autistic some with Asperger's but they are all similar and different at the same time. I have learned that you can't fit everyone in a certain slot, nor should you try. I have grown to love them like my own children and grandchildren and will miss them dearly when I leave at the end of this year they will be graduating from high school and will be shifting their focus to obtaining employment and life skills when they leave at 21. I will be looking to see what my disability is . I have always felt there is something I needed to investigate. I received my BA degree last year at the age of 60. I am currently working on a Masters degree in teaching. I am hoping it does not take as long to complete this degree.

Yes, I hope you receive your Masters soon. I am thinking of getting one, too. I have Adhd and finished a BA as a German High School Teacher 15 years ago. Then I got sick qith breast cancer and had to return to Germany. Now I am kind of stuck here. I wonder if I can finish my Masters soon as well. Hey maybe we meet at school
