Imaginary friends, sounds like it could come with some benefits. I'm not psychotic so I wouldn't know about that though. I've never had imaginary friends. I've had friends, and friends I might imagine i'd like to be closer with. But that's not hallucinating or anything.

As long as they are not dogs that talk to you ala SoS. (added) Honestly, it is good to see you with an effective treatment without that side effect.

Good news!
After Yoga class with beautiful music and smelling good candles, I stopped having mania and grandiosity. I am so proud of myself!

Good news!!!!
This is the first time I was in general and mental hospital, they gave me different medications, and I stopped having dark, twisted fantasies, delusional beliefs and hallucinations. I feel so good.

This is fantastic news Oren and I am VERY proud of you.

This is your first step into a new life with many great possibilities.

I had narcissistic delusions that my former bullies are going after me and that I have to kill them, to put a stop to it, and I had command hallucinations telling me to kill them.
