Totally understand. biking, jogging, cruising in my car, that helps me too. Maybe you can repair your e-bike? Do you skateboard? Have you thought about running?
 
Too bad if it involves replacing something non-standard on an e-bike. They must be quite popular these days to find so many "do-it-yourself" websites on such things.
