Fantasy Housing?

Chance, apparently there actually are people who do pretty much as you describe. They have a big yacht and live in the Caribbean most of the time, except for hurricanes, I don't know what they do then. They put in to a port every few months to restock, then head back out to sea. They are de facto kings of their castles, living outside the purview of any government. The thing is, they are all independently wealthy and most have likely inherited that money. But it is doable.
 
id like neurodiverseville where no member is allowed to kill anything ,drive vehicles and its permanently quiet, its permanently sunny ,never windy just a gentle breeze.
i can always hear birdsong,i can eat chocolate and fatty food,
there is a system that makes other members invisible, quiet and they are kept away from you ,unless you want to see them.
 
A hobbit house would be nice i reckon, or the dranai in WOW have a beautiful set up, love tree houses.

But id just be happy with a house in the bush away from everyone with a pool, which is what i have now wheeeeee :)
