Executive Dysfunction

I don't cook either! I think a large part of it is my phobia of fire, likely caused by the fact that I saw a baby on fire when I was a kid! :eek:

I also have groceries delivered and only eat dry goods and things that can be microwaved or done in one step in the oven. :)

But probably about half of my food intake is through smoothies. I blend together fruit, vegetables, nuts, pea protein, cinnamon, and ginger with almond milk, twice a day! :cool:
 
I am home now! I got really lucky and that there is no brain injury or damage. Both the MRI and CT Scans came back normal. I am going to look into taking a cooking class that is offered at the hospital where I was admitted. It's only 30.00 for a 5 week long class that teaches us how to prepare nutritious meals easily. This was some of the worst 48 hours of my life. I want to go to sleep but it's only 6:00PM here. I'll slog through for another 2.5 hours and then sleep like a log.
