Executive Dysfunction Coping Methods

Sometimes getting started on a chore is hard because it dredges up emotional blocks so my executive dysfunction is emotions. So as a result of this, l can't think of a task too much. It may cause me to feel sad, so l just sort of have a spur of the moment, l will do this now. That has been best, if l think to much about it, then it turns into a mind fart and that amounts to nothing.
