Ever Quit A Job Over A Meltdown?

I've been fortunate and worked for two Fortune 50 companies in senior management and one in International Government, because my IQ carried me. I've been unlucky, because of my lack of EQ, I have literally bombed out, destroyed and burned the professional bridge at every position over stupid things. I get to a point where I simply cannot take another day/hour or minute in the working environment and I bail. And, everytime, I really regret it when I cool down and realize what I've done. But, I just can't help myself when I'm in "that" mood.
